TO SHORTEN, move slider beads toward pendant.
TO LENGTHEN, move slider beads away from pendant.
TO SHORTEN grasp a slider bead with each hand. Move the slider beads toward your shoulders. Sliding the beads straight towards shoulders will maintain the quality of your cord. When you can see the slider beads on each side of your neck, stop pulling. Do not pull the beads downward simultaneously. Instead shorten each side separately by moving the slider beads toward the pendant.
Hint: Place both hands on one side of your neck: One hand holds the slider bead, while the other hand pulls the loose cord away from the bead and towards the back of the neck. Then do the same thing on the other side. Cord wears better if you open it completely when removing or wearing your necklace. The cord is washable. Wrinkles can be removed with a bit of water.
TO LENGTHEN necklace, push slider beads up towards the back of your neck.
Slider beads should be next to each other when putting your necklace on or removing it.
